Starwood to build €1bn Irish BTR platform
Starwood Capital Group is to create a €1bn (£900m) build-to-rent residential platform in Ireland with Urbeo Residential and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund.
The platform, known as Urbeo, will focus on Dublin investments as well as other key Irish cities.
The investment vehicle will initially comprise three assets, including 334 private and social units in Dublin.

Urbeo, founded by Frank Kenny and Bill Nowlan, will look to partner with builders, developers and housing associations.
