Knight Dragon appoints Greenwich Peninsula property manager
Urban regeneration firm Knight Dragon has appointed Lee Baron to advise on its Greenwich Peninsula project.
Lee Baron will provide strategic and day-to-day property management and consultancy advice for the scheme, which covers 150 acres.
Knight Dragon aims to create a “cultural, art and design” destination. The area is expected to comprise nearly 16,000 homes.

Lee Baron will provide strategic and day-to-day property management and consultancy advice for the scheme, which covers 150 acres.

Lee Baron will initially work on the Upper Riverside neighbourhood, which will contain more than 1,000 flats, with shops and leisure facilities across five buildings.
Ian Jones, chief operating officer at Lee Baron, who led the tender bid, said: “Our team appreciates that Knight Dragon is creating a new art and design community, which will become an icon of inspiration and set standards for new developments nationally and internationally.”
