LandAid seeks new chair

LandAid is looking for a new chair of trustees after Liz Peace announced today that she would stand down in January. [caption id="attachment_877448" align="alignright" width="150"] Liz Peace[/caption] Peace has led the property industry’s charity for three years and LandAid is now looking for a senior property leader to provide strategic direction and leadership. Under Peace the charity has launched a three-year strategy with a focus on ending youth homelessness and increased its income from £1.6m to more than £3m in 2017. Last year saw LandAid celebrate its 30th year with a gala dinner attended by HRH Duke of Cambridge. The new chair will join the charity as it enters the final year of its strategy. By then it will have provided more than 450 new homes for young people across the UK and raised nearly £9m from the industry.
