Radius DX league: FHP top in Nottingham

A dominant performance from FHP has put it top of the Nottingham league table for the sixth year in a row.  JLL moved above Innes England into second place with a total of 109,863 sq ft of office space disposed of. It acted on the biggest deal of the year: a 35,500 sq ft letting at New Castle House in Nottingham to Gala Leisure. At the landmark City Gate buildings, joint agents JLL and Geo Hallam & Sons agreed the second- and third-largest deals of the year: 19,020 sq ft to Nottingham Trent University and 18,978 sq ft to Scape Group. A dearth of quality supply and uncertainty connected to Brexit have put the amount of office space available in Nottingham on a downward trajectory. A general lack of larger deals has shrunk the average deal size by 15.1%.
