Savills jump up five places to take top spot in EG’s Bristol Office league table, signing more than 209,000 sq ft of office space in the year to the end of August.
Alder King drop to fifth after topping the table last year. However, it did act for the purchasers on one of the largest deals of the last year, the acquisition of the former Hewlett Packard site for the University of West of England.
The largest deal in the past 12 months was the 85,790 sq ft prelet to Babcock at Building 100, Bristol Business Park, by Lambert Smith Hampton. Other notable deals were 34,612 sq ft at Eagle House prelet to Immediate Media by CBRE, 31,044 sq ft let to Parmenion at Aurora by Savills and Knight Frank, and 30,148 sq ft at 1 Victoria Street let to Runway East by Savills and CBRE.
