AXA IM Real Assets has appointed Joe Persechino as head of residential & student accommodation and Vincent Mezard as head of hospitality.
Persechino (pictured) joins from Global Student Accommodation, where he was commercial operations director for Europe, Middle East and Asia. Prior to GSA, he spent time with Collegiate AC and Unite Group.
AXA IM Real Assets currently manages a €10bn (£8.8bn) residential portfolio spanning Europe, Asia and the US and an 11,000-bed student portfolio.
