BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed three new directors to its Birmingham office as it looks to build up its presence in the region.
Mark Robinson has joined as head of agency from KWB where he spent seven years.
He will be responsible for expanding BNP PRE’s agency offering to match its investment team across Birmingham, the M42 and Solihull markets as well as the wider West Midlands, with a focus on the office market.
BNP PRE has also appointed Gary Williamson as its new head of building surveying for the Midlands region. He previously spent more than 10 years at consultancy Ridge & Partners.
Paul Milson has also joined BNP PRE as a director within the lease advisory team. Prior to joining BNP PRE Milson spent more than 17 years at Johnson Fellows, working mostly for large retailers including Tesco, Lidl and Bathstore.
Simon Robinson, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Birmingham office, said: “With the commercial property landscape across the city constantly evolving, these new appointments will further boost our offering and ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.”
