The Restaurant Group puts nine former sites on the market
The Restaurant Group has instructed Savills to market a further nine of its former Chiquito, Frankie & Benny’s and Filling Station sites in England and Scotland.
The units, which are currently not trading, will be sold with existing planning and licensing consents. The group has disposed of 31 restaurants to date.
The latest batch comprises six Frankie & Benny’s outlets, two Chiquito restaurants and one Filling Station. They are available on an individual basis.

Chiquito, Ocean Village (Southampton)
Frankie & Benny’s, Southchurch Road (Southend-on-Sea)
Stuart Stares, associate in the licensed leisure team at Savills, said: “The diverse mix of locations should appeal to established retail and leisure operators as well as new entrants.”
