Landid and Hermes have put the development of their Parklife Building in Putney, south-west London, on hold after talks to agree a prelet with Chelsea FC fell through.
The club was in talks to take the entirety of the 80,000 sq ft building but pulled out after plans to redevelop its stadium were pulled in June.
James Silver, Landid development director, said: “The Parklife Building will provide 80,000 sq ft of contemporary design-led workspace with fantastic connectivity, amenity, and character within a very special setting overlooking Wandsworth Park.
