Workspace in the building was designed with a focus on “third space” – places where people can meet and work outside the traditional home and work settings – to draw in a diverse mix of people and encourage collaboration.

Tenants at IQL already include the FCA, Unicef and TfL. It has further space prelet to Cancer Research UK and British Council.
Andrew Tobin, project director at IQL, Lendlease, said: “IQL is creating a new workplace experience for London, starting with the belief that a workplace should not have boundaries. It has been designed for tenants to have a multi-layered experience that extends from their desk to the variety of ‘third space’ provisions available in the area.
“The approval of plans for AFK’s new building marks a new chapter for IQL, as we bring this new type of public space to the area.”
