Valor Real Estate Partners has purchased a 160,000 sq ft grade A logistics asset in Thurrock, East London, for around £21m.
Located near the A13 and M25 in West Thurrock it is currently let to Britain’s largest logistics firm, Wincanton.
Cane Napolitano, principal at Valor, said: “The submarket of Thurrock has historically enjoyed high rental growth, and this is projected to continue due to decreasing supply of quality logistics assets, as well as increasing demand, particularly from occupiers being squeezed out of submarkets within the M25.”
