Activity across all sectors remains steady, with lack of stock pushing up rental values for industrial and warehousing. The office market remains a challenge, but headline rents have improved to £18 per sq ft for new grade-A space. Enquiries remain strong for investments, with two large deals for multi-let industrial/offices.
