Countryside Properties plans to more than double the number of homes it builds over the next five years and has opened its own modular housing factory to accommodate rapid growth.
The company has been steadily building up its partnership division, which delivers homes in partnerships with local councils, ripping down postwar housing estates and replacing them with low-rise, high-density housing for shared ownership, renting and private sale.
This now makes up 71% of the homes that Countryside builds and 56%t of its profits. The other division is focused on building normal homes for private sale.
