LondonMetric Property has purchased five urban logistics warehouses for £25.6m, and sold a regional warehouse in Doncaster for £15m.
The deal for the five urban logistics warehouses reflects a blended net initial yield of 5.0% which rises to 5.6% over the next five years.
The sale of the Doncaster shed reflects a net initial of 6.2%. It was acquired by LondonMetric in 2014 for £13m, at a yield of 7.3%.
