The UK’s first quoted REIT exclusively focused on the Private Rented Sector has posted a net asset value of £245.5m, equating to 98.2p a share, in its maiden interim results for the six months to the end of December.
PRS REIT said its £250m IPO proceeds will deliver circa 1,720 new rental homes in the North West, Midlands and South Yorkshire, and it is under contract with housebuilding partners for a further 3,800 new homes, reflecting £540m of gross development costs.
