Galliford Try Partnerships and Trafford Housing Trust Developments have created a new jv to build 576 homes at Heath Farm Lane in Partington in Greater Manchester.
The regeneration will have an end value of more than £100m.
The Heath Farm LLP has now started the consultation process, after which a planning application will be submitted to Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council. It is hoped to start on site later in 2018.
