Liverpool agent’s five-year unbeaten run continues
It is a five-year unbeaten run now for one Liverpool agent.
CBRE has claimed the office crown in Liverpool for the fifth year in a row, despite falling short of its previous year’s totals in terms of both space disposed and deals volumes. CBRE was only 23,000 sq ft of disposals clear of Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Worthington Owen in second and third respectively, its smallest margin since 2013-14.
Hitchcock Wright & Partners climbed to second in the league table, its highest placing for seven years, helped by acting on the largest office deal in Liverpool since 2014 (58,000 sq ft to LJMU at Exchange Station).
