Palace Capital wins planning in York

Palace Capital has gained planning consent for a mixed-use scheme on a two-acre site at Hudson House in York. York City Council approved the development of four new buildings totaling 132,893 sq ft, split into 127 flats, 5,000 sq ft of leisure and 34,000 sq ft of offices. Hudson House is currently a 1960s office building with a lettable floor area of 103,000 sq ft. Plans were submitted in March to demolish the existing property.
