Moda Living appoints directors
Moda Living has appointed Mark Howe and Mathew Gonzalez as project director and development director as it aims to expand its operations.
Howe will focus on the north of Birmingham region, while Gonzalez will concentrate exclusively on London and the South East.
Howe was previously at BRDB Developments, a Malaysian-based developer, where he delivered several luxury residential developments.

Backed by Apache Capital Partners, Moda Living has a £1.3bn development pipeline of 6,000 apartments, with schemes in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.
