AECOM and GVA to draw up Old Oak masterplan

AECOM and GVA have been appointed to draw up a masterplan for Old Oak Common in west London that will include 25,500 new homes. The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation-led project will include the Park Royal industrial estate. Old Oak Common, where High Speed 2 and Crossrail will meet, is of major strategic importance. The AECOM team previously worked on the development of the Olympic Park and legacy masterplans in Stratford. Work on the west London project will commence in June.
