SpareRoom opens Manchester office
SpareRoom, the self-described “UK’s busiest flat share website”, has signed for a Manchester office at Helical’s Dale House.
The company has agreed a five-year lease for the 7,700 sq ft fifth floor at a rent of £18 per sq ft.
Helical acquired Dale House in December 2015 for £7.6m and is currently refurbishing the top three storeys to provide creative office space.

The design will retain the character of the building and feature exposed brick, raised floors, exposed services and a new lounge-style reception.
Located in the Northern Quarter, the building comprises 54,000 sq ft.
