James Andrew Residential and LiFE Residential have announced a new management service looking to take advantage of the growth of the PRS.
The PRS Partnership is a collaboration between the companies, who combined manage over 6,000 residential units in London, and will focus on management, maintenance and lettings services.
PRS Partnership co-founder Fiona Docherty said: “With over 30,000 PRS units due to complete in London in the next couple of years, we see there is a huge opportunity and need to offer a unique management service, which is a one-stop-shop management solution.”
