Grainger appoints Kenny as chief operating officer
Grainger has appointed student housing company Liberty Living’s John Kenny as chief operating officer.
Kenny has been chief operating officer at Liberty Living since 2004. He was responsible for operating 60 different assets across 23 cities across the UK and Europe. The company’s portfolio comprises 26,500 beds. During his time at Liberty Living, Kenny oversaw the merging of nine business units into a single brand with streamlined and integrated operations alongside developing a bespoke online customer portal.

Prior to Liberty Living, Kenny was chief operating officer at MWB Business Exchange, a serviced office provider.
