Taylor Wimpey buys Sussex site

Taylor Wimpey has bought a 250-home development site in East Sussex from Welbeck Strategic Land for £17.8m. The site in Uckfield is part of the Ridgewood Farm development, which has outline permission for 1,000 new homes (15% of which will be affordable), a school and employment uses. Work is likely to begin on site in the second half of this year.
