City approves 1 Leadenhall, EC2
Brookfield Property Partners has received planning consent for a 37-storey tower at 1 Leadenhall Street, EC2.
The development will comprise around 538,000 sq ft of offices and 51,000 sq ft of retail. Designed by MAKE architects, the tower will include a free public terrace overlooking Leadenhall Market.
The plans were approved by the City of London’s planning and transport committee this morning.

The development will add to Brookfield’s City pipeline. Developments currently under construction include 100 Bishopsgate, EC2, London Wall Place, EC2, and Principal Place, EC2.
