Linkcity to develop £410m Hounslow scheme
Property developer Linkcity has signed agreements to launch a £410m development of homes, council offices, a library and café for Hounslow Council.
The company will work with Notting Hill Housing, which will develop the 919 homes in the residential part of the scheme. It will be a mixture of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes across 10 buildings.

The council building will have shared offices for the council, police and health services.
Construction begins next month and the council’s relocation to the new offices is expected to complete in 2019.
