Helical signs quartet of deals
Helical has let four offices across its UK portfolio.
At Churchgate House and Lee House, Manchester, Economic Solutions has agreed a seven-year lease on 15,500 sq ft. At The Loom, E1, Tribe Marketing has taken 5,700 sq ft for five years. And Interhome has taken 881 sq ft for five years at Power Road Studios, W4.
The three transactions will boost Helical’s rental income by £531,500 pa, a 6% premium on September ERVs.

With these lettings, Helical has secured new leases on more than 125,000 sq ft across seven buildings with 25 different occupiers in Q4.
