Redefine International, the diversified income-focused UK REIT with £1.53bn of assets under management across the UK and Germany, has appointed The Crown Estate’s Matthew Baddeley as senior retail asset manager.
Baddeley has been a retail-focused asset manager at The Crown Estate for the past two years. He was previously at Savills for seven years, where he was an associate on the retail team specialising in advising clients on out-of-town retail investments.
At Redefine, he will be responsible for undertaking lease negotiations, managing stakeholder relationships and assessing opportunities for capital expenditure through unit expansions, refurbishments and space optimisation.
