Online agency portal Zoopla has bought estate agency website design and hosting business Technicweb following a strong set of results.
In the year to 30 September, pretax profit rose by 38% to £46.2m, with revenue of £197.7m – an increase of 84%.
Earnings before interest, taxes and depreciation and amortisation were up by 58% to £77.1m.
