A dramatic increase in deal numbers pushed Glasgow office take-up over the 1m sq ft mark in the year to the end of September.
Take-up jumped by 30%, with deal numbers up by nearly a fifth, according to EGi’s regional office research.
Ryden returned to the top spot, disposing of close to 50% more space this year and seeing average deal sizes rise by nearly a third. It acted on 81 deals totalling 342,000 sq ft, more than 100,000 sq ft ahead of the total transacted by last year’s winner, JLL.
