Speaking at the Estates Gazette industrial and logistics summit, he said: “We need to slow down deliveries. Why do we really need things within the next hour? It is about behavior change which we are all responsible for. So establishing consolidation centres, despite the challenges, is one of the key ways to reduce congestion.”
