Four Seasons to operate luxury Mayfair resi scheme
Finchatton has announced Four Seasons as the luxury living operator at one of Mayfair’s most exclusive new postcodes, 20 Grosvenor Square, W1.
Twenty Grosvenor Square, which was the former US naval headquarters in London, will be the first stand-alone residential building in Europe to join the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
The Squire & Partner Architects-designed development, which is expected to complete mid-2018, comprises 37 apartments ranging from £4m to £35m. Penthouses are price on application.

Residents will have access to a 25-metre pool with adjacent vitality pool, spa, gym, cinema room and parking.

Finchatton, together with the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, bought 20 Grosvenor Square in a £250m deal in 2013 from a consortium led by Richard Caring.
Finchatton was founded in 2001 to create high-end residential homes.
The privately owned company has designed and built over £2bn worth of residential projects from its base in London.
Currently, the firm has £1.3 bn of development underway with projects in the UK, mainland Europe, the US, the Bahamas and the Caribbean.
