Trio move in to Shard Arcade

Three deals have been confirmed at the Shard Arcade − the retail element of the Shard, SE1. O’Sullivans hair and beauty salon has taken 800 sq ft, Superdrug has taken 1,400 sq ft and shirt maker Hawes & Curtis has taken an 800 sq ft shop, all on 10-year leases. Two more shops of 1,000 sq ft and 2,700 sq ft are under offer. One 1,000 sq ft unit remains available. The Shard Arcade comprises six shops and nine kiosks, totalling 8,250 sq ft, situated on the pedestrian route between London Bridge underground station and The Shard.
