DTZ Investors buys four multilet estates

DTZ Investors has acquired four multilet estates for approximately £82.5m – a yield of 6.4%.

The 850,000 sq ft estate portfolio includes Railway Triangle, Portsmouth; Brooklands Close, Sunbury; Beeches Industrial Estate, Yate; and Old Brighton Road, Crawley.

Kevin O’Connor, senior director at DTZ Investors, said: “This was an excellent opportunity to acquire a well-let portfolio of multi-let industrial assets that provides both short- and medium-term asset management opportunities.”
