DTZ Investors has acquired four multilet estates for approximately £82.5m – a yield of 6.4%.
The 850,000 sq ft estate portfolio includes Railway Triangle, Portsmouth; Brooklands Close, Sunbury; Beeches Industrial Estate, Yate; and Old Brighton Road, Crawley.
