Real estate investment manager Heitman Financial has taken a 4,357 sq ft lease on the third floor of Morgan Capital Partners’ 8-10 Hanover Street in Mayfair.
Heitman is taking the space on a 10-year lease at a rent of £95 per sq ft, relocating from its 20 Balderton Street, W1K, office into larger premises.

Heitman is taking the space on a 10-year lease at a rent of £95 per sq ft, relocating from its 20 Balderton Street, W1K, office into larger premises.
Asset manager Muzinich and Nigerian Oil Mills have also recently signed at the building, which was completed in 2013.
The latest deal leaves the first and second floors, each covering around 4,300 sq ft, the only remaining vacant space in the block.
Meanwhile, Indian tyre manufacturer Apollo Tyres has doubled its office space at the Crown Estate’s 1 Maddox Street in Oxford Circus, W1S.
The firm is taking a further 2,500 sq ft on a lease until 2020. It occupies around 2,500 sq ft at the property, so was able to achieve a low rent of around £50 per sq ft.
