Preliminary planning documents have been filed for a clutch of developments in Brixton Hill, SW2.
The plans were filed by Lambeth council and Muse Developments.
They include the demolition of offices at Hambrook House to deliver a 14-storey block of flats, the demolition of Olive Morris House to make way for a seven-storey block of flats, and the demolition of offices at Town Hall Parade to build a 120,500 sq ft office scheme.
The two residential schemes could provide a total of up to 172 flats.
The plans also include the refurbishment of Lambeth Town Hall and a change of use for Ivor House, which would deliver 26 more flats.
