Savills appoints Nottingham development chief

  Savills has appointed David Chubb to head up its expanding development team in Nottingham.   Chubb, who was previously part of Knight Frank’s development team in Birmingham, has worked with both public and private sector organisations, including English Partnerships, Regional Development Agencies and Urban Regeneration Companies, on a variety of regeneration projects across both the East Midlands and the West Midlands.   The appointment is effective immediately.   Ian Muxlow, head of Savills Nottingham office, said: “Our development consultancy work has grown considerably over the last five years and our expertise in commercial and mixed-use development is both comprehensive and unmatched within the region.   “David’s appointment is a key role in our growth strategy and his knowledge and expertise will ensure that we are well-placed to provide the most efficient and comprehensive development advice currently available in this region and beyond.”   bridget.o’connell@rbi.co.uk
