David McLean Homes plans residential scheme on Bolton site

David McLean Homes Manchester has acquired an 11-acre site in Bolton’s Eagley Brook area for a waterside residential development.

The company has outline planning consent for 156 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The development, which consists of seven apartment blocks, has been designed by Salford-based architect Street Design.

Phil Marston, sales director of David McLean Manchester, said: “Eagley Brook is an exciting acquisition for the company and very much part of our strategic plans to expand across the region.
