Fresh Property Group has been appointed by Round Hill Capital to take over the operational management and marketing of its Irish purpose-built student accommodation portfolio.
The partnership will help expand Fresh’s presence in Ireland. The operating platform has onboarded 1,343 student beds across four assets in Cork and Dublin since 1 April.
