Regal launches sub-brand to take on management of portfolios
Regal has launched a sub-brand to oversee the operational management of its growing portfolio, Regal Management.
The first scheme managed by Regal Management will be Fulton & Fifth, a mixed-use development including 876 homes in Wembley when it comes under its care in April 2025.
Regal said the sub-brand will bring together a specialised team that leverages its “in-depth lifecycle knowledge, technical expertise, and hands-on understanding of developments”.

Regal Management will allow for real-time performance monitoring, streamlined operations, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Regal expects to appoint Regal Management to its £5.5bn portfolio, with 10,000 homes in the pipeline.
