Lettings hat-trick at Bedfordshire industrial estate

BrightBay Real Estate has signed a trio of occupiers at Bilton Way Industrial Estate in Luton, Bedfordshire. Cromwell Tools has taken a 10-year lease on a 16,700 sq ft warehouse; Multitel has agreed a 10-year lease on a 7,400 sq ft of space; and WCCTV will occupy an 8,505 sq ft facility on a 10-year term. The deals comes after a refurbishment programme undertaken by BrightBay. The estate, which sits two miles from the M1, comprises 49 facilities totalling 420,000 sq ft. Paul Quy, industrial and logistics partner and head of Milton Keynes at Kirkby Diamond, the sole agent on the estate, said: “The momentum at Bilton Way continues to build.
