Leumi UK provides £62m loan to Splendid Hospitality Group to refinance London hotel portfolio
Real estate lender Leumi UK has provided a £62m loan to the Splendid Hospitality Group to refinance two London hotels in Euston and Brentford, marking its first transaction together.
The 201-room Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotel in Euston – part of the Marriott portfolio – opened in September 2024 after being developed by Splendid.
While the Holiday Inn at Brentford Lock, Hounslow, comprises of 134 rooms along with an F&B offering.

Splendid is a privately owned UK hospitality group and has a portfolio of 24 hotels with major franchisers such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Accor, as well as 38 quick-service restaurants (KFC) and three care homes (Splendid Healthcare).
