Late last year, Energy giant SSE has signed up for 62,000 sq ft of workspace in the building, marking one of Scotland’s largest lettings in 2024. Earlier in the year, PwC took two floors in the building, measuring 26,250 sq ft.
Stephen Lewis, managing director of HFD Property, said: “It is testament to the quality of the refurbishment work, as well as the property’s sustainability credentials and range of amenities, that we have such a high standard of corporate names in the building so soon after work completed.
“With quality space continuing to diminish in Glasgow city centre and a good level of interest, we hope to reach 100% occupancy in the not-too-distant future.”
Forma was represented by CBRE and MC2 and Grant Thornton was represented by JLL.
