AshbyCapital signs tenants for Kensington arcades
AshbyCapital has leased all units at Kensington Arcade and Wrights Arcade in west London, achieving full occupancy across both properties.
The real estate firm has secured five tenants for a total of 8,000 sq ft.
At Wrights Arcade, W8, Italian restaurant Bancone has taken 2,565 sq ft for its flagship location, marking its fourth venue in London, with plans to open by spring.

At Wrights Arcade, W8, Italian restaurant Bancone has taken 2,565 sq ft for its flagship location, marking its fourth venue in London, with plans to open by spring.
Coffee shop Treelogy London has leased a 143 sq ft kiosk, establishing its second site in the capital.
At Kensington Arcade, W8, AshbyCapital has completed three leases. Sportswear brand UVU has occupied 4,298 sq ft, while Bagel Factory and juice bar Crussh have taken units measuring 502 sq ft and 414 sq ft, respectively.
Acquired by AshbyCapital in 2019, Kensington Arcade comprises of 15 retail shops that form an entrance to Kensington underground station. Wrights Arcade, a newly-built retail area connected to Kensington Arcade, was developed by AshbyCapital in partnership with developer Jason Urban as part of the Kensington Building project.
