Flex firm signs for Leeds’ White Rose Park
Flexible workspace provider 2-Work is preparing to open a hub in May this year at White Rose Park in Leeds.
The 20,000 sq ft suite will be delivered in partnership with park owners Munroe K. The new space will combine grade-A office facilities with a high-quality fit-out, offering private offices, dedicated workstations, hot desks, meeting rooms and curated breakout areas.
According to market sources, the deal was signed on a 10-year term, with rents in the building quoted in the low £20s per sq ft.
