Belfast appoints construction partner for £630m regen
Belfast City Council has selected construction group Graham as its long-term private sector partner to deliver £630m of residential-led, mixed-use developments across the city.
The initial partnership phase leverages council-owned city-centre sites with a development value of £280m for the delivery of mixed-tenure homes.
The regeneration is part of Belfast’s Bolder Vision strategy to develop 31,600 homes. The council appointed Cushman & Wakefield to find a partner in November 2023.
