Farringdon hotel up for sale for £50m

RE Capital has put the 153-bedroom Ruby Stella Hotel in Farringdon, EC1, up for sale with a £50m price tag. The property, on Eyre Street Hill, opened late last month and is being sold through Savills. The purpose-built freehold hotel is rated BREEAM Excellent and EPC A.
