Vistry and Goram team up to deliver 130 Bristol homes
Vistry Group and Goram Homes have formed a joint venture partnership to deliver 130 homes in Hengrove, south Bristol.
The project is the duo’s third jv and will see the redevelopment of a brownfield site on New Fosseway Road that was home to a former school demolished more than 10 years ago.
Detailed planning consent for the scheme was granted in March and work is expected to start on site imminently. Half of the homes at The Fosseway will be council-owned affordable housing for social rent and shared ownership.

Vistry will sell the open market homes under its Countryside Homes brand. The development will comprise one- and two-bedroom apartments plus two- to four-bedroom houses.
Vistry is also the preferred bidder for Goram’s Hengrove Park development, which will deliver a further 1,400 homes, commercial space, an energy centre, sports facilities and a new public park.
