Regal and 4C submit plans for Camden PBSA scheme
Regal and 4C Group have submitted proposals for a student-led mixed-use scheme in Camden, NW1.
The development, at 33-35 Jamestown Road and 211 Arlington Road, has been designed by Morris+Company. It wraps around an historic 19th-century pub, 31 Jamestown Road.
The proposals comprise 187 student bedrooms, 27 affordable homes and 3,500 sq ft of flexible commercial space.

The duo said the project addresses the area’s growing need for purpose-built student accommodation in light of its position as London’s fourth-highest borough for student residents.
