Related Argent appoints agent for Brent Cross Town retail and leisure
Related Argent has appointed Kenningham Retail to handle leasing for retail, restaurant and leisure spaces at Brent Cross Town.
Brent Cross Town is an £8bn, 180-acre new park town being developed by Related Argent in collaboration with Barnet Council.
In addition to a new high street featuring retail, dining and leisure space, Brent Cross Town will provide 3m sq ft of commercial space, accommodating up to 25,000 office workers.

Brent Cross Town is an £8bn, 180-acre new park town being developed by Related Argent in collaboration with Barnet Council.
In addition to a new high street featuring retail, dining and leisure space, Brent Cross Town will provide 3m sq ft of commercial space, accommodating up to 25,000 office workers.
The development is anchored by Sheffield Hallam University which will occupy around 110,000 sq ft across the lower six floors of 3 Copper Square, Brent Cross Town’s first office building, for its first campus outside Yorkshire.
The development will provide 6,700 homes, offering a mix of affordable housing, homes for sale, build-to-rent options, later-living residences, co-living spaces, and student accommodation.
Phase 1 retail and leisure spaces include 26 shops, covering 65,000 sq ft, designed to serve both the existing community and new residents of Brent Cross Town.
